Role Overview
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Reservation Support Advisor. In this role, you will assist customers with researching vacation choices, organizing reservation details, and staying prepared as their plans progress.
This opportunity is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including those new to the industry. No previous travel experience is required. Training, supplier resources, and continued education are provided to help you become comfortable with the tools and responsibilities of the position.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries and gather information about upcoming vacation plans
- Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other experiences
- Review available options based on client preferences, dates, and budget considerations
- Assist with coordinating selected accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Process and organize reservation information using approved booking resources
- Provide clients with confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and relevant documentation
- Track upcoming deadlines, outstanding information, and reservation requirements
- Follow up with clients and communicate important booking updates
- Assist with routine reservation revisions, cancellations, and special requests
- Verify names, dates, services, and other important booking information
- Maintain accurate client notes and reservation records
- Complete ongoing supplier and destination education
