Field Service Engineer

In this role you are responsible for handling all aspects of service support. You will be a liaison between customers and the sales and service departments and have to create detailed written reports and documentation on your work.

Description

In this role you will be reporting into the Field Service Manager and Global Service Director and be responsible for:

• Conduct on-site installations and tests
• Make recommendations on maintenance, training, and how to improve current testing
• Perform remote support
• Represent the company and be responsible for customer satisfaction
• 70% travel, mainly in North America, but some international travel

Profile

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with electronics, CNC, digital, or circuits
• 3-5 years of experience in field service
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Need to be a U.S. Citizen of Green Card holder
