About the Opportunity
We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals who enjoy bringing details together, assisting customers, and creating smooth vacation-planning experiences. As an Experience Coordination Specialist, you will help clients move from an initial getaway idea to organized arrangements by researching options, coordinating requested services, and providing dependable follow-up.
This is a beginner-friendly opportunity with no previous travel-industry experience required. Training, supplier resources, and continued learning opportunities are provided.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Gather information about each client's vacation goals, dates, destination interests, preferences, and budget
- Explore accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages
- Evaluate available choices and match suitable options with individual traveler requests
- Help clients understand available services and make informed planning decisions
- Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and other vacation components
- Utilize approved supplier platforms and company resources when organizing arrangements
- Compile reservation information into clear confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details
- Monitor planning requirements, deadlines, and outstanding information
- Maintain communication with clients and provide updates as arrangements progress
- Help address routine reservation changes, scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and special requests
- Review names, dates, and booking details to help identify potential errors
- Maintain accurate records of client requests, communications, and active arrangements
- Expand your knowledge through ongoing supplier and destination education
