The RN House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing and clinical operations within the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and management of nursing and clinical staff while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards. The House Supervisor works closely with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare providers to ensure the smooth operation of patient care.



Requirements

Qualifications: Current RN Nursing License required. Must have Emergency Room experience. CPR, ACLS, and PALS required. Must exhibit excellent customer service and communication.
