What You’ll Do

  • Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents 
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately 
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team 
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members 
  • Support care planning and resident assessments 
  • Supervise Medication Aides/Techs 
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergencies 
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation 




Requirements

 What You’ll Bring

  • Active LPN license (required) 
  • Current CPR certification 
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment 
  • A compassionate, resident-first mindset 

Preferred (but not required)

  • 6+ months of long-term care experience
