Position Overview

The PT Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, packaging, shipping, and delivering materials in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are handled and distributed safely, efficiently, and on time. The Warehouse Technician plays a critical part in supporting operational success by ensuring products are readily available and properly managed throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming shipments to ensure quality and proper documentation
Maintain precise inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels are consistently upheld
Keep warehouse spaces clean, orderly, and efficient to support safe and productive operations
Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment in accordance with company standards
Coordinate and process outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Deliver materials to job sites, customers, and company locations as needed, ensuring secure transport
Perform routine inventory counts and assist with audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Support overall warehouse and logistics operations by performing additional duties as assigned
Occasional travel required; company-provided vehicle and travel expenses covered

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company standards
Proven ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced, field-support environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and operational reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, or logistics environments
Familiarity with mining, drilling, industrial, or construction materials and supplies is highly desirable

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds in a safe and controlled manner
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods while performing daily warehouse and yard activities
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles as part of routine duties
Work effectively both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions
