Position Overview

The PT Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, packaging, shipping, and delivering materials in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are handled and distributed safely, efficiently, and on time. The Warehouse Technician plays a critical part in supporting operational success by ensuring products are readily available and properly managed throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities


  • Receive, inspect, and accurately organize incoming shipments to ensure quality and proper documentation 
  • Maintain precise inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels are consistently upheld 
  • Keep warehouse spaces clean, orderly, and efficient to support safe and productive operations 
  • Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment in accordance with company standards 
  • Coordinate and process outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery 
  • Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment 
  • Deliver materials to job sites, customers, and company locations as needed, ensuring secure transport 
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with audits to maintain inventory accuracy 
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements 
  • Support overall warehouse and logistics operations by performing additional duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel required; company-provided vehicle and travel expenses covered

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company standards
  • Proven ability to safely operate a forklift; certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification upon hire 
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds 
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced, field-support environment 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team 
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and operational reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, or logistics environments 
  • Familiarity with mining, drilling, industrial, or construction materials and supplies is highly desirable

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds in a safe and controlled manner 
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods while performing daily warehouse and yard activities 
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles as part of routine duties 
  • Work effectively both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions
