Summary

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Cooperative’s operations by maintaining buildings, grounds, and related systems to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities. This position performs preventive maintenance, repairs, construction projects, and grounds upkeep for all Cooperative and subsidiary locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all Cooperative and subsidiary facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fueling systems, access control, security cameras, emergency generators, UPS systems, and fire alarm/suppression systems.
  • Ensure continuous operational readiness of data center infrastructure systems, including environmental controls, backup power generation, and physical security systems.
  • Perform construction, remodeling, and special projects to meet ongoing operational needs.
  • Maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and related infrastructure across all facilities.
  • Operate tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance and construction activities safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies to support uninterrupted facilities operations.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with employees, contractors, vendors, and technical service providers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with regulatory agencies, including the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and Oklahoma Corporation Commission, as required.
  • Assist with facilities-related insurance audits and compliance documentation.
  • Attend technical training and certification courses to maintain required licenses and current knowledge of facilities systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma Class (A) Commercial Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Fork Lift Safety Certification
  • Oklahoma Corporation Commission Type (A) Petroleum Storage Tank Operator certification preferred
