About the Role:
Join Plant Professionals Inc as an Interior Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and health of indoor plants. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and care for indoor plants, ensuring optimal health and aesthetics.
- Monitor plant conditions, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any issues or required repairs.
- Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and maintenance techniques.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for plant care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Keep detailed records of plant conditions and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or indoor plant care.
- Strong knowledge of plant species and their care requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for plants and interior aesthetics.
- Valid Drivers License - Clean Driving Record
