Sonic Summary

The MRO Customer Service Representative is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of MRO packages and tracking expiring packages.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of general office work or experience with commercial insurance claims.
This is a full-time role on the first shift, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Salary is based on experience, offering competitive compensation.

MRO Customer Service representative has responsibility for the timely and accurate entry of MRO packages, tracks expiring MRO packages, submits required prior authorizations and provides back duties for other staff as required.

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Two years general office work and/or experience with commercial insurance claims.

First shift, full time, M-F, 8am-5pm

Salary based on experience.
