 Tired of the same slow shifts and predictable side-work? As a Waitress, you will bring your hospitality talent to our Iron Skillet Restaurant located inside of Kenly 95 Petro. You will support our Iron Skillet when they need elite talent the most, meaning better sections, higher guest volume, and max tip potential.

• Max Tip Opportunities: We place you in high-volume, peak-hour shifts where the earning potential is highest. 
• Shifts being 5 AM - 3 PM and 4 PM - 12 AM

You are the ultimate hospitality pro. You will bring high energy and a great attitude to the Iron Skillet team, ensuring every guest gets a fantastic dining experience. 

• Deliver Top Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, take accurate orders, and check back to ensure absolute satisfaction. 
• Maximize Sales: Suggest favorite appetizers, drinks, and desserts to elevate the guest experience and increase your check averages. 
• Adapt and Support: Seamlessly blend into the front-of-house team, mastering floor layouts and side-work routines quickly.
• Keep Standards High: Maintain excellent food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in service and dining areas.

• Server Experience: At least 1 year of experience serving in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Reliable Transport: You must have a dependable vehicle to travel to and from work each day. 
• Thrive Under Pressure: You multi-task with a smile, handle busy rushes effortlessly, and adapt quickly to kitchen teams.
• Legally Compliant: Must possess any food handlers certificate (or be willing to get retain).
