Key Job Responsibilities:

To be determined per specific position guidelines, but all of our office staff positions should greet visitors with a smile, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Ensure maintenance of a safe and clean office environment. General office support duties.

Work as a team with all departments and provide assistance to various department including Accounting, HR, and Compliance.

Special projects could include: arrange flights and travel plans for company executives, purchase event tickets for company, send gifts to customers upon request and assist in other special projects when needed.

Help plan and execute company functions, including golf tournaments, family day, safety meeting or office parties, customer cookouts, any other special projects as needed.

Qualifications
Special Education, Skills, Training, Degree or License Required:

High School Diploma

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus, organization, informing others, handles pressure, friendly demeanor, teamwork and time management
