We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level II to join our General Management team in Kenner, LA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners, providing professional reception and administrative support.

Support day-to-day office operations by coordinating administrative activities, managing documentation, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities, helping create a positive and organized employee experience.
Â

Coordinate meetings, prepare communications, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute meeting minutes and other materials as needed.
Â

Maintain employee records and upload documentation into company systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Â

Support facility operations by coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling repairs, assisting with purchase orders (POs), and processing invoices.
Â

Serve as a liaison for facility-related concerns and help ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Â

Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Â

Build positive working relationships with employees across the branch and support cross-functional business initiatives.
Â

Complete required training on a timely basis.
Â
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation and report any issues or incidents to their supervisor.

Supports branch leadership with administrative projects and operational initiatives.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
