What You’ll Do
- Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
- Extract water and set up drying equipment
- Perform demolition and cleanup
- Monitor job sites and document progress
- Communicate with homeowners and business owners during stressful situations
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have construction, restoration, or handyman experience (preferred, not required)
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Can lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Are willing to take occasional on-call shifts
- Show up on time and work hard
- Want to learn a skilled trade
No restoration experience? We train motivated people.
