Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of New Orleans is one of the premier behavioral health hospitals providing inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment for adults. We provide comprehensive care that is designed for the individual to treat both their physical and mental well being.

Our RN responsibilities include some of the following:

· Complete nursing assessments on all new admissions

· Provide individual nursing care as ordered by the physician

· Management of the therapeutic milieu

· Participates as an active member of the multidisciplinary team with input into patient treatment planning

· Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.

Please apply if you have the following qualifications:

· Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Current and Unrestricted RN licensure in the State of Louisiana required

· Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in a hospital setting with psychiatric experience preferred

· Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 30 days of employment

· Schedule: Seeking FT DAY Shift (0645-1915)
