If you enjoy helping others and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport environment, we'd love to hear from you!   Position Details   Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.   Position Summary   As a Wheelchair Agent, you will provide safe, courteous, and timely assistance to airline passengers requiring mobility support throughout the airport. You will play an important role in ensuring passengers have a positive travel experience by providing exceptional customer service.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities   Safely transport passengers throughout the airport using wheelchairs. Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings as needed. Escort passengers between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and ground transportation areas. Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion. Communicate effectively with passengers, airline personnel, and fellow team members. Follow all airport, airline, and company safety procedures. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear the required company uniform. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.   Qualifications   High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with excellent attendance. Must be authorized to work in the United States.   Physical Requirements   Ability to push occupied wheelchairs safely throughout the airport. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
