Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst II, you will evaluate system requirements and enhance existing applications. By integrating specialized tasks, you will contribute significantly to the success of new systems and process improvements. Your role ensures IT solutions align with business needs and deliver high value.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of new applications and system requirements.

• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system enhancements.

• Perform user testing and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and update user manuals and training materials.

• Maintain and update databases accurately.

• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues.

• Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process improvements.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar role.

• Prior experience with SAP systems is required

• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and functional requirements effectively.

Compensation:

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
