Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for an SAP Specialist to join our Information Services team in Kennesaw, GA. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of rebate, co-op, and sales incentive solutions within both ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being responsible for identifying & documenting business requirements, mapping them to SAP to design the future state solution.
  • Configuring and prototyping business solutions based on blueprint / business process definitions.
  • Assisting with testing activities such as, but not limited to, creating test scenarios, cases and scripts, as well as executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Developing a strong understanding of all integrations with the Sales solutions by Vistex with other SAP modules including SD and FI and external systems to effectively support and improve the on-going architecture.
  • Planning, organizing, documenting, coordinating, and scheduling work in the development of assigned tasks.  May lead or supervise the assignments of other team members.
  • Provide support and training to users and other stakeholders on the use of Sales Solutions by Vistex suite including complete, accurate, and business-ready process and configuration documentation. Assisting with training activities and post implementation support.
  • Communicating project/task design, schedules, and status to ISD Management, Yamaha Business Partners, or other ISD teams and project members.
  • Staying abreast of current and future business policies, procedures, and workflows within the Business Unit that is supported.
  • Production support and performing other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Expertise in SAP Order to Cash processes, including pricing, billing, and integration to finance. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Vistex application support in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments, preferably with relevant experience in V4 applications including VIZI reporting.
  • Knowledge of SAP Incentive Administration by Vistex and SAP Paybacks and Chargebacks by Vistex is a must
  • Knowledge/Certification or implementation experience of S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Desirable to have experience with warranty and sales incentive systems.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or sales and distribution environment
  • Familiarity with JSOX (or SOX) requirements.
  • Agile methodology experience/Scrum master
  • Business Process Modeling experience in Signavio or other similar platforms highly preferred. 
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and other clean code approaches highly preferred. 
  • Strong focus on Fiori-based implementation of Vistex solutions.
  • Experience configuring and enhancing Vistex Sales solutions.
