Role Summary 

Perform assembly and disassembly of standard mechanical products. 

Technical Skills 

Must be able to: 

  • Use hand tools correctly. 
  • Use torque tools properly. 
  • Follow assembly instructions. 
  • Replace mechanical components. 
  • Perform visual inspections. 
  • Conduct basic testing. 

Product Knowledge 

Must know: 

  • Common mechanical assemblies. 
  • Fastener identification. 
  • Basic printer mechanisms. 

Requirements

 

Quality Expectations 

  • Correct assembly procedures. 
  • Proper torque application. 
  • Less than 2% of rework. 
  • Handling items up to 20lbs
