*Support and evaluate social work practice initiatives.
*Ensure that Social Services delivery is consistent and in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines, regulations, Genesis policies and procedures, and standards of care for specialty practice.
*Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, and direct the overall operation of the nursing center Social Workers in accordance with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics while maintaining compliance with regulations.

*Possess supervisory, interviewing, problem solving and interviewing skills
*Technologically proficient in the tools required for practice (i.e. PCC, etc.)
Qualifications
*Must possess any certifications/licensures as required by State of employment to practice in long term care.
*Must possess a driver's license and be willing to travel.

USD $38.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
