Job DetailsJob Location: Kennett Square, PA 19348About the Role LCH is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. This role supports daily operations through maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general upkeep) Complete work orders and conduct facility inspections Troubleshoot issues (alarms, leaks, outages) with minimal disruption Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors Support minor construction and facility improvements Maintain equipment logs and schedules Ensure sites are clean, safe, and accessible (including snow removal) Support safety compliance and emergency procedures Additional Details Must be able to perform physical work Some after-hours or emergency availability required Why Join LCH?
