Job Description:
Principal Responsibilities
路 Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company鈥檚 established service area.
路 Calls and visits prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
路 Respond daily to phone and email requests from new potential commercial customers and existing customers.
路 Place outbound phone calls to previous customers to generate leads and new business, as well as outbound cold calls.
路 Coordinate with the Sales Administration team to complete sales quotes and contracts.
路 Partners with the Branch Manager and the Technical team on presenting SMART solutions.
路 Maintain relationships with current customers and identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services.
路 Evaluate feedback from customers and adjust sales technique as needed.
路 Meets and exceeds sales and productivity targets
路 Update the lead management system for all quotes sold or unsold and forward the information to the appropriate branch.
路 Complete follow-up calls and record the activity in the lead management system.
路 Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.
路 Provide an excellent level of customer service to new and current customers.
路 Assist the Accounting Department with collections and ensure customer payment methods are up to date as needed.
路 Contribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members
路 Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
路 High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor鈥檚 degree in business preferred.
路 2 years of sales or sales support role.
路 Experience with direct consumer sales and pest management preferred.
路 Experience maintaining information in a CRM is required; Pestpac experience preferred
路 Previous experience working in a database and Windows-based computer environment
路 Speaks clearly on the phone and writes routine reports and correspondence.
路 Comfortable with presenting information
路 Ability to explain a technical solution to a non-technical audience
路 Creative problem solver.
路 Ability to learn and retain a high level of pest control industry knowledge through online, field, and classroom training.
