We are seeking a dependable, motivated Copier/Printer Technician to join our Service Team. This position is based in Tri-Cities, WA and supports the metro area and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations
Provide exceptional on-site customer service
Accurately complete service documentation and parts tracking
Manage a daily service route with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Copier/Printer technician experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Professional communication and customer service skills
