HAPO is now accepting applications for a Loan Support Processor in Kennewick, WA. We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, self-motivated and who strives to represent HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with our members, community as well as the team they are a part of. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Loan Support Processor to join our Loan Support team. This role provides critical support for internal staff, members, and external partners by ensuring accuracy and compliance in all collateral title processes, loan maintenance tasks, and credit union product servicing. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answer a high volume of internal calls - includes assisting employees and members with all loan maintenance including but not limited to due date, rate, and payment changes
• Review documentation for accuracy and complete collateral title work to secure lien and ownership
• Assist members with all collateral title transactions, including but not limited to name changes, registering in other states, street legal modifications and error corrections
• Research and complete credit bureau disputes while following all FCRA regulations and CDIA guidelines
• Process and post payoffs, payments, settlements, refunds, fees, reversals, and corrections
• Responsible for completing billing, claims, refunds, and posting payments for Total Loss, Debt Protection, GAP, MBP, Collateral Protection Insurance and other credit union products and services

Requirements:Â
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
Location:Â On-Site Kennewick (WA)
Schedule: Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm, Mon-Fri
Starting Hourly Pay Range (DOE): $21.07 - $31.61Â
*Typically, Selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint range, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
