The Position
AnovaWorks is looking for a Nurse Practitioner NP to join our clinic at PNNL in Richland, WA. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, balancing direct patient care in Employee Health services with administrative leadership.

Requirements
Nurse Practitioner Duties
路 Occupational health treatment
路 Diagnoses and treats acute and episodic illnesses
路 Prescribes all necessary medications and treatments
路 Performs comprehensive physical examinations of patients
路 Develops and implement patient management policies and procedures
路 Facilitates referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
路 Communicates with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
路 Supports coordination of beryllium cases by facilitating education and coordinating medical monitoring appointments with offsite beryllium facilities
路 Interviews workers and managers, visits to worksites and facilities, and reviews employee job task analysis documents.
路 Supports the team with the delivery of timely reports and information
路 Manages the emergency preparedness program
路 Participates in meetings with PNNL management
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
路 Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred)
路 Previous administrative experience preffered.
路 Ability to build rapport with patients
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Team oriented
路 WA Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
路 BLS/ ACLS Certification (Required)

$130,000 - $145,000 per year
