Full-Time | 24/7 Service Company | On-Call Required

1-Tom-Plumber of Tri-Cities is hiring a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team.

We are a true 24/7 emergency plumbing and drain company. That means we serve customers nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. All technicians participate in an on-call rotation.

If you take pride in professional work, clear communication, and being there when customers need you most, we want to talk to you.

We are backed by two additional 1-Tom-Plumber locations, providing strong operational support and proven systems. This is an opportunity to grow with a company focused on long-term stability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
  • Perform drain cleaning, sewer services, water line repairs, fixture installations, and repipes
  • Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours when on rotation
  • Communicate clearly with customers about problems and solutions
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
  • Follow Washington plumbing code and company standards
  • Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
What We’re Looking For

  • Residential plumbing experience required
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Valid Washington driver’s license
  • Appropriate Washington plumbing licensing (or ability to obtain)
