Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests in a timely, professional manner
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders, serve tables, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining, and service areas
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and clubhouse staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold the club’s values and hospitality standards

Requirements
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- POS system experience is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
