Job Summary:

Responsibilities


•Open and/or close the PARC


•Greet and welcome students/faculty/staffas they enter PARC


•Answer telephone and check/follow up to voicemail


•Assist in making appointments


•Make appropriate referrals to other campus resources


•Follow all procedures and policies setby the Parkside Academic Resource Center


•Report immediately to the PARC Manager when critical issue(s) arises


•Attend and participate in meetings as scheduled


•Work 4–20 hours per week
