The Maintenance and Facilities Assistant is responsible for ensuring all facilities are maintained in a safe, organized, and presentable manner.  This person will provide services throughout the Wisconsin facility to improve, and maintain the office environment, grounds and warehouse floor while ensuring safety as utmost priority.

General Labor / Facilities Support – Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to operations, prioritizing safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and quality.
  • Maintain bathrooms, common areas, offices, grounds, and shop floors through cleaning and sanitizing duties.
  • Complete routine janitorial and facility tasks and respond appropriately to maintenance or facility emergencies.
  • Support the company’s safety and continuous improvement initiatives while working respectfully with team members and departments.
  • Safely operate power and cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sanitizing equipment, and vacuums, in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
  • Identify and report safety concerns or facility issues to management.
  • Perform assigned duties independently while following supervisor direction and company procedures.
