The Community Service Officer is mainly responsible for the enforcement of UW-Parkside parking rules and regulations in the campus parking lots between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:30PM, Monday through Friday, during Fall and Spring semesters. Students also serve as a point of contact with the University in the parking lots, and answer questions from other students, faculty and staff, and community visitors about parking regulations.
This role has flexible hours to accommodate a student's class schedule. There are occasional opportunities for parking lot attendant duties at campus events on weekends.
Students applying for this position should have a valid driver's license, good communication skills, ability to problem solve, and be physically able to conduct enforcement on foot.

Required Qualifications:
Valid regular driver's license with minimum two years driving experience and no more than two moving violations in the last year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with tablet computers, previous customer service experience.
