We are seeking to hire a Sustaining Engineer who will specialize in product design and development, prototyping, packaging, documentation and sustaining engineering that support both the most cost-effective production and the highest quality delivery of products to customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Willingness to work all projects to closure and make the team successful no matter what it takes
  • Aptitude for creative approaches to efficiency gains in engineering support
  • Develop design improvements that reduce cost and or improve performance
  • Populate and release Engineering Change Notices
  • Prepare and populate product BOM in ERP system
  • Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs
  • Ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Travel up to 15%

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, MS Office, PDM and ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve engineering challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent teamwork skills
