We are looking for experienced delivery drivers who are detailed, motivated, have exceptional customer service skills, and want to grow with our team! Our drivers operate a Sprinter Van while delivering small, pre-packaged boxes of fresh grocery items that weigh up to 35 pounds. Routes are LOCAL and are typically within a 100-mile radius of the warehouse/delivery hub; with an average of 80-120 stops per day. Six months prior delivery driver experience using a company vehicle (Sprinter Van, Cargo Van, Box Truck, etc.) is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, deadline driven environment!

Delivery Driver - Starting Pay Rate:$23.00 / hour
Potential to make up to $26.50 / hour based on meeting qualifying metrics weekly
Shift:7:00AM Start time, shifts are usually 10 to 12 hours per day.
Schedule:
4 Day work week, shifts include a Saturday or Sunday
DELIVERY DRIVERS WILL:
- Operate a cargo van to deliver products to customers in an assigned route
- Understand how to operate and safety drive your assigned delivery vehicle
- Transport boxes of perishable food items, perform accurate deliveries, manage schedules, and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Maintain proper delivery logs and handheld records; FarEye
- Ensure deliveries are secured inside of the vehicle to prevent breakage or damage
- Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document
- Notify Logistics Supervisor to report any food safety/quality issues; major maintenance, or delivery concerns encountered
- Talk with customers and interact with the public, often being the face of the brand
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Perform inspections of your assigned vehicle before and following each shift
- Comply with Company regulations and follow work safety practices
- Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
- Troubleshoot customer delivery access issues
- Follow photo requirements to confirm completed deliveries
- Communicate with dispatch as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 22 years of age, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- 6+ months of previous delivery driver experience: using a company vehicle cargo van, sprinter van, box truck, etc.
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver License
- Can work flexible hours including any overtime, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening
- This positions essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation: must be able to; drive, stand, walk, kneel, lift, climb in and out of vehicle, and bend for virtually the entire shift. Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
