Clinical Manager – Kent, WA

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + 10% annual bonus

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager / Respiratory Therapist to lead a 25+ member clinical team and oversee respiratory care services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company standards.
Oversee patient equipment setups and clinical follow-ups.
Conduct staff meetings, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical education.
Monitor locations for equipment, supplies, documentation, and safety standards.
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to provide education to referral sources, patients, and families.
Address team concerns, motivate staff, and maintain strong customer service.
Support clinical program and policy development.
Travel within the assigned region as needed.

Qualifications

RRT or CRTT with a four-year healthcare degree and/or 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
Current Washington/Oregon Respiratory Care license strongly preferred.
Previous management/leadership experience required.
Experience in in-home respiratory services preferred.
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
