Job Description
As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting commercial properties and performing pest control treatments using high-quality, environmentally responsible products. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to business clients while following a daily service schedule within your assigned route.
Commercial route servicing restaurants, warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities.

- Wage comparable to $33 - $43 + / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)
- $2000 sign on bonus for any one with an active Washington commercial pest control license

- Paid training at $18 / hour

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ year of commercial pest control experience
- 2+ years of service-related experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a B2B environment
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
- Must be clean-shaven when required for respirator safety compliance
Preferred
- Pest Control License (or ability to obtain one)

- Perform inspections and pest control treatments for commercial customers
- Apply high-quality and environmentally responsible products in accordance with company and safety guidelines
- Follow a daily service schedule, ensuring timely arrival and efficient completion of appointments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, and branch management
- Identify pest activity, recommend treatment solutions, and document service activities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
- Safely handle pest control materials and equipment while following company procedures
