About the Role:
Rush Plumbing Inc is looking for a skilled Licensed Plumber to join our growing team in Kent, WA! Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drain systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans for plumbing layouts
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on larger projects as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License (Journey-Level or higher preferred)
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Ability to diagnose complex plumbing problems and deliver effective solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
