Position Overview As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—providing friendly, accurate service and connecting them with the products and services that best meet their needs. The employee may occasionally be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.   The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds several times per day. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.   Work is typically performed indoors in a moderate-noise environment, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions or proximity to moving mechanical parts.
