Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

This established mechanical contractor headquartered in the Puget Sound with a state-of-the-art fabrication facility, partners with developers, general contractors, landlords and corporate clients across Western Washington.

Supporting aerospace innovators, hydroelectric providers and major corporations, they are expanding and seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.

In this role you will:

• Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  

• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals and project documentation
  

• Oversee procurement and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  

• Provide leadership to project engineers and field staff, ensuring safe and successful delivery
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth
