Server (Part-Time-Full-Time)

Location: South Kent, CT

Position Summary

Bull's Bridge Golf Club is seeking an experienced, service-focused Server to support the daily operations of our clubhouse dining facilities. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional dining experience for members and guests, collaborate with the culinary team, and ensure smooth, efficient service throughout the season.

Responsibilities

Serve breakfast (Friday–Sunday), lunch, dinner, and member events.
Deliver outstanding service in a warm, welcoming environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
Address member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Operate the Northstar point-of-sale (POS) system.
Work closely with the culinary and clubhouse teams to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

Qualifications

1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality at private club
Strong organizational, and communication skills.
Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
Proficiency with POS systems
Solid knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification preferred.
