We are seeking a qualified and dependable housekeeper for a multi-site position in the Akron area.
The role involves cleaning common areas, vacuuming, dusting, washing walls and windows, and maintaining vacant suites.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
The starting salary for this position is competitive, and the company offers health, dental, generous paid time off, and a 401k plan.
This position is essential to our business's success and requires collaboration with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.

We have a great opportunity for a qualified and dependable housekeeper. This is a multi-site position that will travel between several apartment communities located around the Akron area.

A wide range of job duties make this an exciting position that is critical to the success of our business:

Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
Vacuum and dust
Wash walls, windows, door panels
Sweep, wax, and polish floors
Clean vacant suites
Replenish bathroom supplies
Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
Performs other duties as assigned.
