SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing Guest Services staff, assigning duties, and ensuring all team members provide exceptional customer service. This role handles guest-related incidents, ensures guest are aware of venue policies and maintains accurate reporting standards. The ideal candidate will support team operations and manage break schedules, while upholding a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct staff on duties and assign to appropriate work location.
- Provide assistance to any Guest Services Staff member.
- Ensure all incident reports are completed accurately and completely according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests by remaining calm and courteous.
- Ensure Guest Services staff is given appropriate breaks in a timely manner and according to State and Federal Laws.
- Handle guest related incidents, including but not limited to, injuries, illnesses and inappropriate behavior.
- Ensure guests are following accesso ShoWare Center standards with regards to tickets, entrance, conduct, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in retail and/or customer service environments preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for the duration of the shift. Shifts generally last 6-8 hours.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, written and verbal, in English.
- May be exposed to adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more. Employees (and family) will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision benefits when completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
