Primary Objective:
Contribute to efficient operation of the Merchandising department by appropriately packing merchandise and assisting in timely deliveries to Team Store locations.

Essential Functions:
Â
- Pick and pack merchandise for all Team Store locations.
- Help deliver merchandise from Distribution Center in Kent, WA to Team store locations throughout the Puget Sound area.
- Assist in transferring merchandise per store request.
- Effective verbal communication skills; clear, respectful, and appropriate communication.
- Complete all tasks and assigned duties in a timely manner. Is careful, alert and accurate, paying attention to details of the job.
- Must be dependable and reliable to report to work on-time when scheduled and work in assigned area independently.
- Understands and supports the team and is quick to volunteer to assist others. Others view most interactions as being positive with a willingness to achieve common goals. Effective in working with others to cooperatively solve problems. Workplace behavior is consistently respectful of others.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:Â
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb for duration of shift.
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Frequent to constant walking and standing on concrete floor.
- Able to safely move boxes, equipment, or other items. May include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and using equipment such as hand carts.
- Must be able to work schedule according to business need. Generally, Monday through Friday and all Saturday home games. Between 15-25 hours per week.

Compensation Rate/Range:

 The anticipated pay for this seasonal role is $23 per hour.
