Efficient operation of assembly equipment and other assembly tasks to safely produce and pack quality products to meet customer requirements. 

BACKGROUND REQUIRED: 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs. 
  • Must have excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skills
  • Ability to work OT as needed
  • High school diploma / GED preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

  • Must be able to use and read various measuring devices
  • Operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen
  • Ability to understand multiple types of assembly machine functions
  • Problem solving knowledge and ability.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing principles
  • Attention to detail/Quality frame of mind

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS 
  • Follow standardized work instructions
  • Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
  • Observe general and specific safety rules. This includes observing light curtain and other safety devices while the machine is in operation
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant
  • Fill out all required paperwork including but not limited to production, scrap and downtime
  • Rework and repair defective parts as needed
  • Responsible for the quality of product produced and identifying any non-compliant component parts
  • Responsible for assuring proper labeling is applied to finished goods containers
  • Accountable for packing finished goods
  • Able to train others as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Monday-Friday (Sunday-Thursday start time) 11pm-7am
40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
