Job Summary

The Repack Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day repack operations at Proper Beverage Company. This position works directly on the repack lines to ensure products are efficiently and accurately repacked according to production requirements and customer specifications. This position works as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and plays an important role in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, cleanliness, and safety throughout the repack process.


This is a full-time, 1st shift position. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.

 

Responsibilities

Repack Operations

  • Manually load and feed cans onto repack lanes to maintain a consistent flow of product.
  • Load finished cans into the appropriate cases, trays, or other packaging according to production requirements.
  • Stack completed cases securely and accurately onto pallets.
  • Ensure the correct products, packaging materials, cases, and trays are being used for each production run.
  • Monitor product and packaging throughout the repack process and identify damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming materials.
  • Assist with product changeovers and preparation of repack lines between production runs.

Quality & Accuracy

  • Verify products are packaged correctly and meet established quality requirements.
  • Pay close attention to product varieties, packaging, case counts, and pallet configurations to prevent errors.
  • Inspect cans, cases, trays, and other packaging materials for visible damage or defects.
  • Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and quality requirements.

Safety & Cleanliness

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working around production equipment, conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other manufacturing activities.
  • Properly handle finished product and packaging materials to prevent damage, contamination, or waste.
  • Assist with cleaning and housekeeping activities before, during, and after production as needed.

Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with other Repack Associates, Repack leadership, and supporting departments to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist in other areas of the repack operation as production needs change.

All other duties as assigned

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or food and beverage experience, preferred.
  • Ability to learn and follow established production procedures and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain productive while performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Commitment to following company safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
  • Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
