We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our web presence and drive traffic through both paid and organic search strategies. This role blends hands-on website design/maintenance with performance marketing — you’ll shape how we look online and make sure the right people find us. You’ll work in close collaboration with our graphic design and media team, and report directly to the Executive Team overseeing our five subsidiaries — so visibility into the business is high and the work moves fast. This is an in-office role — we’ve found that the close, day-to-day collaboration with design, media, and leadership happens best in person.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Web Design & MaintenanceÂ
- Design, update, and maintain company website pages and landing pagesÂ

- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the Executive TeamÂ
- Recommend budget allocation based on channel performanceÂ
Cross-Team CollaborationÂ
- Partner closely with the graphic design and media team on visual assets, campaigns, and brand consistencyÂ
- Coordinate across CNS Companies’ five subsidiaries to align digital strategy with each business’s goalsÂ
- Work directly with the Executive Team to translate business priorities into digital initiativesÂ

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleÂ
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledgeÂ
- Google Ads and/or Analytics certificationÂ
Note: We’re open to candidates new to the industry if they’re a quick study, a strong collaborator, and bring sharp critical thinking. Experience is a plus, not a gate.Â
