How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Heavy Haul Supervisor,you will be setting the tone as the first and last impression of our Last Mile customers. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe Rig up, transportation, and Rig down of our Last Mile equipment.

  Responsibilities

  • Attend all pre-frac meetings and pad walks and ensure proper documentation is completed in KPA.
  • Conduct or oversee all soil compaction tests to ensure site readiness and compliance. (If required)
  • Schedule HH Coordinators’ shifts and assign daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure HH Coordinators are equipped with the proper tools and supplies to safely and efficiently complete rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Actively monitor rig moves by making routine visits to locations to ensure operations are progressing as planned.
  • Review and approve all HH Coordinator timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform post-mobilization inspections at new locations and ensure completion and documentation of Post-Mob Checklists in KPA.
  • Serve as the on-site safety leader, ensuring all Heavy Haul operations comply with company policies, OSHA standards, and customer requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate HH Coordinators and drivers on best practices, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, including site rules, PPE, and operational expectations.

  Qualifications

  • Required:
    • High school diploma/Degree
    • Directly related experience may substitute for education
    • 1 Year of experience
    • Leadership experience (if applicable)
  • Preferred:
    • Rigging and Lifting Certifications
    • DOT Knowledge
    • Trucking Knowledge

 Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports To: Heavy Haul Manager
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Provides direct supervision to assigned employees, including responsibility for work assignments, performance management, coaching and development, and input into hiring, disciplinary, and compensation decisions

 Work Location & Travel Requirements

  • Location: Permian Basin (Stanton office or Depot 2)
  • Travel %: 80

 Schedule/Work Arrangement: 2 weeks working and 1 week off days

 Physical Demands: lifting, bending, walking
