FEDEX PACKAGE DELIVERY IN HIGH POINT NC.

• Highly competitive pay structure with base daily rate plus incentive pay. Drivers can expect $160 to $200+ per day.

Full Time Day Positions - Driver - Paid weekly - Paid training

The ideal candidates will be able to deal effectively with customers and maintain a positive FedEx image while making deliveries and managing area priorities effectively. The candidate will be punctual, self-starting and have a competitive drive. A sense of pride, maturity and reliability are key defining attributes.

Requirements

JOB DUTIES

• Follow through and deliver all packages safely and accurately
• Complete all pick-ups assigned to route within the scheduled time frame
• Deliver and scan every package according to proper procedure
• Meet and greet customers in a positive manner
• Safely operate box trucks and step vans (No CDL Required)
• Communicate promptly and effectively with management on time critical issues
• Important Characteristic: Speak, read and write English fluently (must meet Federal DOT requirements for communication with law enforcement)

REQUIREMENTS

21 Years Old

CDL NOT required

Hold a current Medical Examiner's Certificate or pass DOT physical exam

Pass pre-employment drug screening

Pass criminal background check

Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Pass Background- No Felony convictions

Pass MVR check - One or less MVR violations in last 3 years

High School or GED Diploma

Cellphone with text and data capabilities

Basic computer and data entry skills

Basic mathematical skills

Basic map reading abilities

Demonstrated proficiency in route operations

Ability to meet driver qualifications

Physical ability to regularly lift 50lb packages and maneuver up to 150lbs

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $140/day base pay, $1.55 per stop after 120 stop threshold. Routes average 135-150 stops per day. (HD)

$140/day base pay, $1.75 per stop after 90 stop threshold. Routes average 105-125 stops per day. (GROUND)

Salary example: 155 stop HD route completed, $140.00 + 54.25 = $194.25 gross daily pay.

Day range: Must be available to work weekends

Shift: 8-10 hour average shift
