What You'll Do:
- Complete service requests and repairs
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assist with pool maintenance
- Organize and maintain the shop area
- Respond to emergency on-call service requests
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain professional under pressure
- Weekend and shared on-call availability required
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
