**This position is based out of Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Centrally located just 10 minutes north of West Bend and 25 minutes south of Fond du Lac. Enjoy an easy, traffic-free reverse commute from either city!

As our Door Assembly Technician, you’ll be the hands-on expert bringing each interior door to life - carefully assembling pre-finished components and ensuring each one is ready to roll out perfectly to our distribution center. You’ll be the finishing touch that turns quality pieces into complete door solutions, ready for our builders. 

• Heavy Lifting: You’ll stay fit on the job, maneuvering 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Precision Assembly: You don’t just "put things together." You assemble with finesse, ensuring every hinge, track, and panel is perfectly square and functional.
• CNC Machining: You’ll work in a high-tech manufacturing environment. If you know CNC, great! If not, you’ll learn how to work alongside these "smart machines" to produce top-tier results.
• Work Order Wizardry: You’ll read work orders like a pro, ensuring the right style, size, and hardware go onto every unit every time.
• Safety First: You’ll keep your "bench" and the shop organized and safe, because a clean shop is a fast shop.

• Assembly Accuracy: Consistently produces units that meet all structural and functional standards (squareness, hinge alignment, and track fluidity) on the first attempt. 
• Work Order Fidelity: Demonstrates high attention to detail by ensuring all styles, sizes, and hardware components perfectly match the provided documentation. 
• Production Consistency: Maintains a steady pace of physical output, effectively managing the repetitive maneuvering of heavy materials throughout the duration of a shift. 
• Workflow Optimization: Minimizes downtime by transitioning smoothly between work orders and maintaining a synchronized rhythm.
• Safety Compliance: Operates all tools and maneuvers heavy loads using proper ergonomic techniques to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
