Job Summary:

We are looking for a Full-Time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso beverages, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and other café beverages while providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. This position will also support the Bakery team with basic food preparation, baking, packaging, stocking, product displays, and general organization as needed. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays based on operational needs, is required.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and other café beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
• Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and keep equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Maintain beverage stations, counters, displays, and work areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Support the Bakery team with basic food preparation, baking, packaging, stocking, and product organization.
• Assist with product displays and replenish items throughout the shift.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Support opening, closing, cleaning, restocking, and other operational tasks as needed.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery Associate, Food Service Associate, or Customer Service Associate preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, or other café beverages preferred.
• Willingness to support basic Bakery functions, including food preparation, baking, packaging, stocking, and replenishment.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
