Job Summary Server – Part-Time Weekends:

Donut Gallery is looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team in Key Biscayne. This is a part-time weekend position with hourly pay plus tips. Availability to work Saturday and Sunday is required.

The Server is responsible for providing professional and attentive service, taking care of guests, handling orders and payments, learning menu items and beverages, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well under pressure, and can provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in a busy restaurant, breakfast, or diner-style environment. Additional weekday, holiday, or special event shifts may be available or scheduled based on business needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Server – Part-Time Weekends:

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions about menu items.
• Learn menu items, beverages, pricing, and POS system procedures.
• Handle payments, sales, and gratuity reporting accurately.
• Maintain tables, dining areas, service stations, and work areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
• Work as part of the team and notify the manager promptly of guest concerns, service issues, or operational needs. 

Requirements Server – Part time Weekends:

• Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Server, Food Server, Food Runner, Host, Cashier, Mesero/a, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several tables in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow service, POS, payment, and safety procedures.
• Food Handling Certificate required or ability to obtain it.
• Availability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility for additional weekday, holiday, or special event shifts based on business needs.
