Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and support employees in their daily duties.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Assign work schedules and adjust staffing levels based on operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Assist with hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained and operated safely.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
